Own end-to-end media partnership and website acquisition for the US: source targets via network, negotiate deals, manage pipeline and post-close relationships, represent the company at industry events, and coordinate with legal and SEO/content teams.

The Lead Web Designer will create engaging digital experiences, improving user interfaces, managing design projects, and mentoring junior designers. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, developing design standards, and overseeing all design phases from concept to delivery.

Manage and execute SEO-driven content strategy for a US-focused website: keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization, CMS editing, internal linking, monetization, quality control, and coordinate freelancers and stakeholders to improve traffic and conversions.

Build and maintain high-performance, responsive front-end experiences using Vue/Nuxt, Twig, and Tailwind; integrate APIs and third-party embeds; implement multilingual support, analytics, performance optimizations, automated tests, and documentation while collaborating with product and design teams.

Lead one or more affiliate websites with full product and commercial responsibility. Execute US-focused SEO and content strategies, manage in-house staff and freelancers, optimize UX/CRO, monitor performance, run competitor analysis, manage budgets/timelines, and identify new growth and monetization opportunities.

Own and grow the affiliate and partnership network: onboard and manage partners, close high-value deals, optimize conversion funnels, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor market trends, manage inbound leads, report on performance, and represent the company at international events.
