Maintain and operate the Governors Island Teaching Garden, develop and implement crop plans and garden-based education for K-12 and public programs, supervise staff and volunteers, coordinate produce donations and sales, track farm data and supplies, and support outreach and partner relationships.

Provide administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, I-9s, trainings, surveys, recruiting support, event coordination, LMS upkeep, employee engagement, and HR communications.
