Manage vendor compliance for 50+ suppliers, procure non-harvest inventory, maintain certifications and compliance audits, create and process purchase orders, optimize inventory levels, and support harvest-to-order operations while handling confidential vendor financial records.

Lead development and execution of GrowNYC's communications strategy, manage media relations and spokesperson training, oversee social media and website content strategy, support fundraising and stakeholder communications, supervise and mentor communications staff, and coordinate internal communications and brand stewardship.

Provide administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, I-9s, trainings, surveys, recruiting support, event coordination, LMS upkeep, employee engagement, and HR communications.
