Own Gemcult’s US D2C ecommerce revenue, P&L, unit economics, paid acquisition, Shopify conversion, CRM, retention, SEO outcomes, and live-commerce channel. Build the India-to-US live-selling operation across major social and commerce platforms, while hiring and coaching a lean growth team. The role requires hands-on performance marketing, CRO, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and experience with high-value considered purchases. It is based in Mumbai, in-office, with evening US-overlap hours and direct Founder reporting.

Conduct 250–300 daily outbound calls to US B2B decision-makers, lead discovery conversations, pitch solutions, qualify opportunities, schedule sales meetings, manage follow-ups, handle objections, maintain CRM records, and drive conversions and revenue against weekly and monthly KPIs. The role requires experienced US or international collections professionals transitioning into consultative inside sales, working onsite during the US night shift in Mumbai.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client positions, including requirement understanding, sourcing, Boolean and Xray searches, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, follow-ups, pipeline development, documentation, and target achievement. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, networking, relationship management, and experience with recruitment portals and ATS platforms. Consultancy or staffing-firm experience is preferred.
