Manage payment providers from commercial handover through onboarding and ongoing operations. Coordinate KYC, documentation, contracts, approvals, and cross-functional communication with Legal, Finance, and Business Development. Maintain partner relationships, handle operational requests, and support payment issue resolution involving reconciliation, settlements, exchange rates, and provider communications. Develop expertise in LATAM payment markets and methods while independently prioritizing multiple tasks.

Manage financial operations for an affiliate business, including partner payments, reconciliations, transaction accuracy, financial data in 1C, spreadsheet analysis, reporting, discrepancy resolution, and partner communications. The role collaborates cross-functionally and supports finance-process improvement and automation.

Manage bank payments and cash flow; communicate with banks and payment service providers; support KYC and prepare corporate documents and invoices; respond to bank requests; monitor account balances; ensure timely transaction recording and reconciliation in the accounting system.
