Lead recruitment communications and employer branding to support talent acquisition: develop messaging and content strategies, manage LinkedIn and podcast initiatives, run events and webinars, produce executive communications, audit external materials, and partner with Talent/People teams to boost candidate and employee engagement.

Design high-converting landing pages and promotional assets for CRM campaigns, create gamification visuals (badges, progress bars, leaderboards, animations), and lead regional brandbook development. Collaborate with Product and Dev teams to ensure mobile-responsive, performance-optimized designs that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across Latin American markets.

Provide premium 24/7 VIP support via chat, email and phone (night shifts). Resolve complex issues, escalate high-priority or technical cases, monitor accounts, meet response/resolution/customer satisfaction KPIs, work rotating schedules and ensure smooth shift handovers.
