Manage online payment operations, including launching payment providers and methods, monitoring transaction lifecycles, analyzing routing and performance metrics, and optimizing payment processes. Collaborate with international partners, PSPs, and internal teams to maintain stable operations, improve transaction success, and enhance customer payment experiences.

Build and maintain C#/.NET backend services and microservices supporting accounts, authentication, wallets, and related domain capabilities. Develop event-driven integrations, optimize database performance, improve observability, manage Kubernetes and GitOps deployments, collaborate with DevOps, participate in on-call support, troubleshoot production issues, reduce technical debt, and conduct code reviews. The role also includes task estimation, QA collaboration, and writing unit and integration tests.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a performance-driven iGaming brand. Analyze and optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, engagement, and monetization funnels; run A/B tests; make data-driven decisions; coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Content, and Gamification teams; launch features; and manage product priorities, roadmaps, and backlogs.
