Teams at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union

Own and manage the product backlog, serve as the customer voice, and prioritize high-value capabilities for credit union products. Collaborate with sponsors, analysts, developers, designers, compliance, security, operations, and other stakeholders on a cross-functional Scrum team. Define detailed requirements, support feature delivery, adapt to changing circumstances, and use communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to align stakeholders.

Processes cash transactions, opens deposit, savings, and credit card accounts, discusses loan and retirement products, and builds member relationships through customer service and needs-based sales. This entry-level, in-person role requires participation in Saturday coverage rotations and occasional travel between Grow Financial locations.

Supports the Business Transformation team through process mapping, documentation, data gathering, analysis, and other transformation projects. Collaborates with subject-matter experts and credit union teams, works with data across multiple systems, and synthesizes findings into actionable insights. The fully remote internship requires collaboration via Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, with flexibility around school schedules and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
