Supports monthly financial closing, consolidation, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, long-term planning, and revised forecasts. Develops KPIs, profitability analyses, dashboards, and management control tools for the commercial division. Helps maintain SAP, BusinessObjects, and BI systems while improving internal procedures. Requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and preferably Dutch.

Manage mechanical and industrial engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, procurement, clients, and internal stakeholders. Optimize mechanical systems and processes, monitor progress through site visits, prepare project reports, mitigate risks, and support operational efficiency in an FMCG environment.

Owns the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for Passendale and other Belgian cheese brands, including brand strategy, annual planning, media activation, product innovation, packaging, market launches, budget and P&L management. Leads portfolio expansion in Belgium and export markets, tracks competition and brand health, analyzes Nielsen and YouGov data, and coordinates internal teams and external agencies.
