Lead maintenance for large food/beverage plants: manage teams, CAPEX/OPEX budgets, planning and contracts, and ensure safety and availability. Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance (TPM/RCM), SAP PM/CMMS, automation and utilities. Drive continuous improvement (Lean/WCM), efficiency projects and compliance with NR-10/12/13 and food-safety standards (BPF/HACCP).
