Supports sales leadership by coordinating commercial strategies, coaching and mobilizing the sales team, tracking performance, developing business opportunities, managing client and partner relationships, and improving sales processes. The role contributes to revenue growth across corporate, tourism, and events segments, represents the organization externally, and collaborates with operations, hospitality, marketing, and revenue teams.

Provides food and beverage service at banquets, catered receptions, and special events. Responsibilities include serving tables, setting up venues, communicating allergies and special requests to the kitchen, safely handling equipment, maintaining cleanliness, following hygiene standards, recycling, and complying with hotel and banquet procedures. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, autonomy, and bilingual French-English communication.
