Responsibilities include financial modeling, debt portfolio analysis, construction disbursement monitoring, acquisition financing, lender negotiations, transaction closings, market monitoring, and analytical reporting. The role collaborates with development, acquisitions, lenders, consultants, and capital markets stakeholders to support strategic financing decisions.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across Quebec, Ontario, and Nova Scotia, including workforce needs assessment, sourcing, candidate evaluation, selection, onboarding, and hiring-manager advising. Develop innovative strategies to attract active and passive candidates, promote fair assessment practices, and improve candidate experience. This is a one-year maternity-leave replacement contract based in Montreal.

Manage accounts receivable for assigned real estate portfolios, including aging analysis, payment and deposit reconciliation, doubtful account reviews, rent collection, tenant follow-up, documentation, and coordination with property management and legal teams.
