Financial Controller responsible for group financial reporting, monthly and annual closing, variance and profitability analysis, KPI monitoring, internal controls, tax and regulatory compliance, intercompany transactions, treasury, cash-flow forecasting, and working-capital management. The role also supports finance digital transformation and performance optimization while collaborating with accounting teams, management, shareholders, and international entities.

Monitors financial and operational performance across group companies, performs cost, margin, variance, and KPI analysis, develops dashboards, identifies optimization opportunities, and reports recommendations to management. The role also supports management accounting, cost allocation consistency, financial procedure harmonization, and cross-functional improvement projects while partnering with business unit managers.
