Repairs, maintains, and troubleshoots mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic production equipment. Performs preventive maintenance to prevent major breakdowns, supports installation of new equipment, upgrades existing tools, and contributes to continuous improvement as a maintenance expert.

Provides senior-level IT support as a primary contact for users, resolving incidents, failures, and outages. Installs, maintains, configures, and deploys computer equipment and solutions. Leads key IT projects, makes technical decisions, and takes accountability for assigned mandates. May travel occasionally between Canam sites to deliver services, deploy equipment, and configure hardware.

Operates indoor and outdoor overhead cranes to move large steel components and supports multiple stages of structural steel production. Works collaboratively within a production team, follows workplace health and safety procedures, and receives complete training for crane operation. The position is scheduled for a weekend shift from Friday through Sunday, with 36 hours worked and 40 hours paid.
