Manage the successful delivery of capital projects within larger capital programs. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, and project plans; allocating resources; tracking expenses; forecasting performance using Earned Value Management; coordinating internal and external stakeholders; managing risks, opportunities, and changes; overseeing execution; and reporting progress to leadership. The role requires at least seven years of experience, including three years in project or program management, and travel to project locations in and outside the United States.

Manage customer adoption and technical qualification of silicon-carbon battery materials. Lead joint development agreements, sampling pipelines, cell qualification, customer validation milestones, cross-functional alignment, project timelines, risk mitigation, and technical communication with automotive, electronics, and cell manufacturing partners.

Manage end-to-end battery material qualification programs for Chinese battery manufacturers and OEMs. Drive milestones from sampling through scale-up, align technical and commercial schedules, resolve quality and delivery issues, and coordinate R&D, Quality, Operations, Finance, and customer stakeholders. Maintain Mandarin and English communication continuity, support APQP/PPAP requirements, and organize customer audits, technical reviews, and executive visits across China and global manufacturing sites.
