Lead generation and delivery of cybersecurity services across consulting, forensics, incident response, red teaming and training. Manage opportunity lifecycle, supervise complex cross-practice projects, validate deliverables, design customer journey maps, drive strategic partnerships and market growth, create C-suite thought leadership, and improve service delivery methodology and team skills.

Generate new business opportunities for the ANZ region by executing outbound campaigns, prospecting with channel partners, pre-qualifying marketing leads, routing qualified enterprise opportunities, maintaining CRM data, and becoming an expert on Group-IB solutions to support Account Managers and close SMB deals.

Provide administrative and operational support for APAC sales: prepare NDAs/MOUs, maintain Salesforce records, liaise with legal and finance on contracts, track deal progress and payments, schedule meetings, draft basic accounting documents, build management reports, and handle partner documents and ad-hoc tasks.
