Group 1001 Benefits Overview

Leads actuarial analytics and reinsurance data infrastructure, overseeing reserving, pricing, capital adequacy, risk, and financial models. Designs and operates end-to-end data pipelines and treaty databases, applies statistical and machine learning methods to insurance data, and ensures auditable model inputs. Partners with risk, guarantee, and reinsurance teams on business development and quantitative analysis. May supervise, train, and mentor analysts while remaining hands-on with data, coding, validation, and reporting.

Supports annuity in-force operations through strategic projects, regulatory and product change interpretation, process updates, compliance reviews, corrective processing, root-cause analysis, knowledge transfer, business requirements, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Configure and modify insurance products, forms, carrier questions, and features on annuity order-entry platforms. Unit test configurations and software releases, assess business impacts, support issue resolution, and ensure solutions meet requirements. The role maintains product workflow knowledge, represents carrier priorities with industry partners, manages competing priorities, communicates status, and advances platform development standards while collaborating across business and technology teams.
