Teams at Groundworks

Conduct in-home consultations and inspections for homeowners, diagnose foundation and water-management issues, recommend customized repair solutions, prepare estimates and proposals, close sales, manage a territory, build customer relationships, and track the sales pipeline. The role includes company-generated leads, commission-based earnings, regional travel for mandatory training, and ongoing technical and sales development.

Provides administrative and customer service support for production and field teams. Responsibilities include timekeeping, preparing job packs, managing purchase orders, coordinating equipment maintenance, scheduling and confirming installation dates, mailing customer information, following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records. The role is full-time and onsite, requiring dependable attendance, strong communication, organization, adaptability, and computer proficiency.

Provides administrative and customer service support for production operations, including timekeeping, job pack preparation, purchase order management, equipment maintenance scheduling, installation date coordination, customer follow-up, information packet mailing, and record accuracy. This full-time onsite role supports field crews, service technicians, leadership, and customers while ensuring smooth daily workflows.
