The Director of Business Strategy & Intelligence will lead the BI function, provide strategic growth insights, improve pipeline intelligence, and enhance executive-level reporting to drive decision-making and business growth.

Own paid channels and nurture programs to generate qualified leads and new users. Plan and execute B2B and SMB paid campaigns across search, social, and display; manage agencies and vendors; design nurture/email journeys; report on pipeline, CAC, ROAS and channel efficiency; partner with Sales on lead quality; develop creative messaging and run A/B tests.

Senior full-stack engineer to design and build customer-facing applications and data pipelines. Use AI coding agents to decompose, review, and validate code; develop REST APIs (FastAPI), front-end features, and ETL pipelines; implement CI/CD on AWS; collaborate with stakeholders and document agent contexts and prompts to support AI-assisted development.
