Generates top-of-funnel pipeline for a cloud-native observability platform by prospecting and qualifying target accounts, conducting multichannel outreach, and engaging technical stakeholders. Collaborates with Account Executives and Growth Marketing, applies MEDDIC qualification, maintains accurate CRM data, and works toward pipeline and quota targets.

Manage the San Francisco office end to end, including facilities, supplies, vendors, budgets, employee experience, celebrations, onboarding support, and office operations. Partner with Marketing to coordinate events, conferences, logistics, promotional materials, swag, and on-site execution. The role requires strong ownership, adaptability, multitasking, and hands-on in-office presence.

Lead customer implementations and observability platform migrations from planning through production readiness and handoff. Deploy and configure groundcover across cloud-native environments, validate logs, metrics, and traces, coordinate testing and cutovers, and document solutions. Build project plans, manage risks, communicate with customer engineering teams, and improve migration tooling, automation, and AI-assisted workflows. Partner cross-functionally to resolve implementation blockers and convert recurring challenges into product improvements.
