Provide litigation-focused paralegal support from intake through file closing: analyze cases, draft and e-file pleadings, manage discovery, schedule depositions/mediations, prepare trial notebooks and exhibits, monitor deadlines, coordinate with clients/adjusters/experts, and ensure timely file resolution.

Reconcile WIP, audit and resolve billing discrepancies, prepare and finalize invoices per carrier/LEDES guidelines, submit via e-billing systems, manage rejections/appeals, and support reporting and process improvements. Contract role with potential to convert to full-time.
