Leads workforce development initiatives, employer partnerships, career services, and job placement programs. Manages Strong Workforce, Perkins, and other grant-funded projects, including plans, budgets, timelines, compliance, reporting, and evaluation. Builds partnerships with employers, educational institutions, workforce organizations, and community groups to expand internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities. Supervises personnel, administers programs and budgets, uses labor market and student outcome data to guide investments, and advances equitable student career success.

Provides executive leadership for the college’s instructional programs, library, learning resources, and related student services. Oversees deans and instructional staff; leads curriculum development, program review, academic planning, budgeting, compliance reporting, hiring, and strategic initiatives. Advises the college president, represents the district, supports institutional equity and student success, attends governing board meetings, and serves as acting president when needed.
