Create, run, and maintain system test cases for assigned projects; record and consolidate test results into issue tracking; retest and close defects; review and improve testing procedures; collaborate with PMs, BAs and developers.

Lead projects and perform business analysis for software development: gather and translate requirements, produce functional specs, manage change requests, oversee team performance, ensure delivery quality, run code reviews, and promote continuous improvement.

Execute and maintain manual test cases, log and track defects, perform smoke and regression testing, assist debugging, and validate fixes. Review requirements, perform DB testing with SQL, and support pre-release testing to ensure application quality.
