Supports evening and weekend event setup, performs light repairs, addresses minor building issues, and completes spa maintenance and sanitation. Requires strong observation, communication, situational awareness, physical mobility, and a professional demeanor.

Owns end-to-end delivery of cross-functional Business Operations initiatives across multiple departments and brands. The role establishes plans, milestones, success criteria, timelines, and risk tracking; maintains Asana as the project source of truth; and provides leadership status updates. It also designs SOPs, improves workflows, organizes institutional knowledge, coordinates stakeholders, supports meetings and follow-up, and closes outstanding approvals, budgets, and inputs.
