Leads the company’s finance function, partnering with the CEO on strategic planning, capital allocation, acquisitions, debt financing, forecasting, and operational performance. Owns multi-entity accounting, cash flow, controls, reporting, tax and audit coordination, and financial systems including NetSuite. Builds scalable processes, dashboards, and a high-performing finance team while supporting growth, integration, and long-term enterprise value creation.

Owns end-to-end delivery of cross-functional Business Operations initiatives across multiple departments and brands. The role establishes plans, milestones, success criteria, timelines, and risk tracking; maintains Asana as the project source of truth; and provides leadership status updates. It also designs SOPs, improves workflows, organizes institutional knowledge, coordinates stakeholders, supports meetings and follow-up, and closes outstanding approvals, budgets, and inputs.
