Manages approximately 1,000 alumni annual-giving prospects, personally soliciting renewals and increased gifts through in-person and virtual meetings. Develops young alumni engagement and future giving pipelines, executes digital communication touchpoints, and stewards donor relationships. Uses donor data, segmentation, and CRM systems to identify giving opportunities, referrals, and alumni involvement while collaborating with Development and Alumni Relations colleagues and supporting alumni activities.

The Greenhouse Manager oversees plant care and greenhouse maintenance, supports student research, and manages curriculum-related plant specimens and facilities.

Lead cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives for the Business Office. Develop project roadmaps, metrics, and dashboards; support system implementations and process improvements; prepare executive communications and reports; liaise with senior leadership, trustees, and departments to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

Provide individualized and group career coaching to STEM students and recent graduates, develop and lead Technology & Data and Science, Engineering & Sustainability career communities, build faculty and employer partnerships, create resources and programming, manage budgets, engage alumni and donors, and use labor market data to inform initiatives. Role requires local/regional travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Lead enterprise-wide technology and business transformation projects, partnering with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams. Manage project plans, schedules, risks, communications, governance, and portfolios; support accreditation and ERP/software implementations; mentor colleagues, deliver training, maintain PMO metrics and dashboards, and drive organizational change to achieve institutional outcomes.

Coordinate day-to-day administration of academic success programs, manage student records and academic success technology (Salesforce Advisor Link), serve as primary contact for students/faculty, recruit and supervise peer educators, provide administrative and financial support, and contribute to continuous program improvement.

Support the Grinnell Outdoor Recreation Program by managing climbing wall and equipment rental operations, inspecting gear, assisting and co-leading off-campus adventure trips, supporting student trip leaders with logistics, and training student employees. Work includes nights, weekends, and up to 30% travel during the academic year.
