The Greenhouse Manager oversees plant care and greenhouse maintenance, supports student research, and manages curriculum-related plant specimens and facilities.

Role requires local/regional travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Coordinate and manage CTL programs and events (workshops, orientations, visiting scholars), handle budgeting, scheduling, contracts, logistics, and stakeholder communication. Partner with the CTL Director, build relationships across campus, manage priorities, and integrate risk management to ensure high-quality program delivery.

The Director of Business & Finance Career Community advises students, oversees career programs, builds partnerships, and tracks program impact at Grinnell College.

Coordinate day-to-day administration of academic success programs, manage student records and academic success technology (Salesforce Advisor Link), serve as primary contact for students/faculty, recruit and supervise peer educators, provide administrative and financial support, and contribute to continuous program improvement.
