Provide mechanical engineering support for campus facilities: design HVAC and piped gas systems, review construction submittals, deliver and manage projects, supervise and mentor junior staff, maintain mechanical services information, and liaise with stakeholders to improve asset performance.

Manage, support and automate database and integration platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) across on‑prem and cloud. Perform provisioning, upgrades, monitoring, observability, IaC, release pipelines, and cloud migration activities while collaborating with infrastructure, security and product teams.

Lead and manage the Senior Research Development Officer function, providing strategic research development leadership, stakeholder engagement, and high-level advice to drive funding, major grants, interdisciplinary partnerships, and cross-university initiatives. Build capability in the SRDO team and coordinate research development activities aligned with institutional priorities.
