Manages financial reporting and compliance for research projects, including preparing financial statements, journals, budgets, project closures, and funding-body requests. Liaises with Chief Investigators and external stakeholders, ensures data accuracy and adherence to reporting standards, prioritizes portfolio activities, and contributes to problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.

Coordinates cyber security uplift projects by maintaining schedules, reports, risk and action registers, budgets, procurement records, contracts, and governance documentation. Supports project and program managers with stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, financial tracking, reporting, and escalation of risks and dependencies. The role also assists with change management, communications, and user adoption activities across cross-functional technical and business teams.

Coordinates research development initiatives, capacity-building programs, strategic projects, grant activities, partnerships, communications, and research governance. Provides advice to university leaders and researchers, analyzes performance data, prepares reports and briefings, supports funding success, and enhances research visibility and impact across the School of Education and Professional Studies and Griffith Institute for Educational Research.
