Lead day-to-day operations of a national compound management facility, manage and develop an operations team, optimise workflows and SOPs, implement and maintain laboratory automation and sample management systems, engage stakeholders, support strategic growth and infrastructure projects, and ensure quality, safety and service delivery for biomedical research clients.

Manages right to information, administrative access, and privacy complaints from intake through resolution. Provides expert guidance on privacy obligations, conducts investigations, supports personal information remediation, develops compliance resources, delivers staff training, maintains records, and monitors legislative changes to update policies and procedures.

Supports nursing and midwifery student placements through administrative coordination, allocation, placement program management, software-based requirement tracking, reporting, and meeting participation. The role works with professional and academic staff under the Placement Team Leader and requires strong organisation, teamwork, attention to detail, and intermediate to advanced software skills.
