Lead coordination and delivery of grant-funded health projects implementing the Tracking Cube across universities, health services and community partners. Manage planning, timelines, budgets, procedures, training, stakeholder engagement, reporting and culturally respectful practice to ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple sites.

Plan, manage and coordinate the Martech Roadmap program, overseeing resourcing, scheduling, prioritisation and task coordination. Deliver end-to-end small projects, gather and analyse requirements, define and manage scope and change control, support service transition to product teams, assist procurement and supplier activities, lead small teams, maintain stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with policies and safety, and promote best-practice adoption and continuous improvement.

Provide high-level operational and administrative support for research activities across the Griffith Business School: coordinate events, manage small grant processes, support HR/finance tasks, prepare and analyse research performance data, develop web/intranet/promotional content, and assist Dean Research and committees to boost research engagement and profile.
