Leads production operations across a shift, overseeing safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, staffing, and resource allocation. Drives Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, root-cause analysis, Kaizen events, operational excellence, and cross-functional improvement projects. Develops Team Leaders, manages performance and succession planning, supports budgets and CAPEX initiatives, and coordinates with Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and HR.

Manage production planning and execution, plant and warehouse operations, production resources, ERP master data, inventory control, logistics, quality, health and safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement. Lead production employees and contractors, coordinate with maintenance and cross-functional teams, monitor plant performance, and adapt production plans to changing business and resource requirements.

Partners with plant leaders and employees to align HR programs with manufacturing goals. Responsibilities include workforce planning, performance management, talent development, training, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, engagement, offboarding, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance. The role is onsite five days per week in Oswego, Illinois and supports a 60-person, multi-shift manufacturing workforce.
