Leads regional treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, rolling cash forecasting, foreign currency exposure management, banking relationships, treasury controls, systems administration, risk management, insurance coordination, audits, and regional card programs. Requires collaboration with finance, accounting, tax, procurement, supply chain, banks, auditors, and global treasury teams, along with team management and regional travel.

Leads regional talent acquisition strategy across the CASA region, including workforce planning, recruitment delivery, sourcing, employer branding, compliance, KPI reporting, process optimization, and ATS improvement. The role manages strategic hiring for critical positions, mentors the recruitment team, partners with business leaders, supports global initiatives, and drives adoption of standardized processes and tools.

Provides executive administrative support to the President and Managing Director, including calendar and correspondence management, meeting coordination, travel planning, visa documentation, event support, agenda and presentation preparation, invoicing assistance, office bookings, and confidential information handling. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure in a team environment.
