Underwrite delegated Non-QM and select Conventional mortgage loans by analyzing borrower capacity, collateral, and credit. Apply investor guidelines, perform manual underwriting, income and appraisal analysis, review LLC and lease documents, evaluate DSCR eligibility, handle exceptions, meet SLAs, and support pipeline development while advising internal partners.

Prepare, review, and balance closing documents, ensure compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations, coordinate with processors/title/escrow, run compliance reports, resolve discrepancies, and confirm files are complete and ready for funding using LendingPad.

The Mortgage Loan Partner will enhance the borrower experience by managing communications, coordinating between departments, and resolving issues proactively to ensure smooth loan processing.
