Lead the San Diego consumer-direct mortgage branch, owning funded volume, locks, pull-through, headcount, and growth strategy. Coach loan officers on non-QM products, review calls and performance scorecards, recruit and onboard staff, manage lead distribution and product mix, develop junior loan officer and ISA pipelines, and personally support complex loan structuring and investor guideline questions.

Manage external mortgage lead vendor relationships, including pricing, volume, filters, onboarding, and performance accountability. Track CPL, contact rates, conversion rates, and cost per funded loan; maintain weekly vendor scorecards; analyze HubSpot CRM data; optimize lead quality and routing; and communicate recommendations to marketing, sales leadership, operations, and executives.

The Inside Sales Associate makes high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, gathers qualifying information, and hands off qualified borrowers to Loan Officers, all while maintaining an organized pipeline.
