Review and verify loan price quotes and lock requests, enter locks in Optimal Blue and the LOS, register loans with investors, maintain LendingPad lock confirmations and secondary tab, audit locks for accuracy, handle extensions and restructures, and communicate lock policy and changes to sales, operations, and investor reps.

Prepare, review, and balance closing documents, ensure compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations, coordinate with processors/title/escrow, run compliance reports, resolve discrepancies, and confirm files are complete and ready for funding using LendingPad.
