Supervise EHS activities at utility-scale BESS and PV construction sites. Implement site safety plans, conduct inspections, audits, JHAs, toolbox talks, and training; manage electrical, battery, fall, excavation, confined-space, and heavy-equipment hazards. Respond to incidents, support investigations, maintain compliance documentation, oversee subcontractor safety, and ensure emergency preparedness. The role requires frequent travel, extensive field presence, physical activity, and strong communication and enforcement skills.

Coordinate on-site logistics for utility-scale renewable energy construction projects. Receive, inspect, document, stage, and distribute materials and equipment; maintain inventory records in CMiC and Procore; verify shipments; coordinate laydown yard activities and material-handling equipment; address field issues; and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements. This physically demanding role involves prolonged standing, lifting, outdoor work in extreme weather, and travel as needed.

Coordinate engineering design, documentation, and construction support for utility-scale solar and battery projects. Manage engineers of record, perform quantity takeoffs, ensure constructability, use Procore for document control, respond to RFIs, support commissioning, and drive continuous improvement.
