Own and grow revenue in the RIA channel by prospecting, building pipeline, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts. Engage C-suite stakeholders, maintain CRM discipline, collaborate with Marketing and Product, represent the company at industry events, and communicate complex fintech concepts clearly. The role is fully remote within an assigned U.S. territory and includes 15–20% travel.

Manage fund operations for alternative investments, including investor subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, trade bookings, transaction reviews, wire controls, and cash and position reconciliations. The role coordinates with internal teams, custodians, fund administrators, and compliance stakeholders; enforces anti-fraud and authorization controls; resolves exceptions; supports reporting and audit requests; and improves operational procedures and workflows.

Provide operational account support for alternative investment clients by managing investor data, KYC/AML onboarding, ad-hoc transaction requests, remediations, and issue resolution. Collaborate with Fund Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Product teams to maintain data integrity, manage operational risk, and improve workflows using tools such as HubSpot and ClickUp.
