Operate and support GRI Academy’s digital learning infrastructure, including LMS, CRM, CMS, webshop integrations, enrollment processes, and operational data. Investigate and coordinate system issues with internal teams and external providers, maintain accurate course and customer information, produce reports and dashboards, document processes, and identify operational improvements. The role also handles customer enquiries, CRM updates, stakeholder coordination, and project progress tracking.

Designs, develops, customizes, integrates, and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure solutions. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoots production issues, documents systems, and delivers user training. Collaborates with global business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to improve business processes, integrate systems, resolve root causes, and support reliable CRM services.
