Own multi-cloud platform infrastructure across AWS and GCP, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD, deployment automation, cost management, capacity planning, and environment parity. Lead observability using SigNoz, Prometheus, and Grafana; establish on-call practices, runbooks, and postmortems. Operate distributed stateful systems, improve reliability and infrastructure costs, and develop automation using Python, Go, or Bash in regulated enterprise environments.

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, metrics, and execution for AI-powered customer operations products serving banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and enterprises. Lead customer discovery, workflow transformation, scalable product development, data-driven prioritization, and measurable business outcomes. Build and mentor product teams while partnering with engineering, AI research, sales, implementation, and customer success. Focus areas include collections, sales, customer service, conversational AI, voice AI, and agentic AI.

Build and ship full-stack features across Voice AI Agents and Speech Analytics, including backend APIs, frontend interfaces, scalable systems, real-time analytics, and enterprise integrations. Own data modeling, technical architecture, performance trade-offs, and production operations. Collaborate with product, design, and client-facing teams while strengthening CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and developer tooling for regulated financial-services customers.
