Lead and supervise armed security operations across South Michigan sites. Manage officer schedules, enforce post orders and compliance, conduct site audits, respond to incidents using verbal de-escalation, oversee armed-post protocols and firearms professionalism, liaise with clients and law enforcement, and ensure accurate incident reporting and shift documentation.

Supervise security staff at assigned sites, create schedules, find coverage for call-ins, enforce site procedures, maintain safety and professional conduct, communicate with police and staff, and provide customer-focused de-escalation. Training provided with salary increase upon completion.
