Own company-wide recruiting for engineering, go-to-market, and leadership roles after Series B. Responsibilities include personally sourcing and closing difficult candidates, building and coaching a lean recruiting team, partnering with founders and hiring managers on hiring plans and assessment processes, improving recruiting funnels, managing search partners and tools, and delivering a strong candidate experience. The role is hands-on, based in San Francisco, and requires working in the office five days per week.

Own product design from concept through final polish, partnering with engineers and customers to simplify complex developer workflows. Design AI-driven interfaces, prototypes, visual systems, motion, and interactions while evolving the design system. The role requires strong visual craft, interaction design, product thinking, technical empathy, collaboration, and fluency with Figma and AI-assisted design tools.

Own accounting end to end, including monthly and quarterly close, revenue recognition, technical accounting, tax and compliance, AP/AR, treasury, ERP implementation, and audit readiness. The Controller will establish accounting policies and controls, transition from outsourced bookkeeping, manage complex subscription and usage-based revenue, and build the accounting team as Greptile scales.
