Coordinates reception and office administration, including greeting visitors, managing calls and mail, scheduling meetings, maintaining documents and spreadsheets, ordering supplies, and supporting travel arrangements. Also maintains clean, organized common areas and meeting spaces through light housekeeping. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, customer service, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Designs, programs, tests, commissions, and supports automated manufacturing and control systems. Responsibilities include PLC programming, drive and motion control, HMI and SCADA development, system troubleshooting, drawing review, customer support, commissioning, documentation, and end-user training. The role requires collaboration with customers, project managers, and sales teams, plus approximately 30–50% domestic and international travel.

Design, document, and maintain electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and BOMs. Specify components, ensure UL/NEC compliance, create AutoCAD Electrical libraries/blocks, and collaborate with engineers, purchasing, and vendors to support manufacturing and project delivery.
