Develop new business across North and South Carolina through prospecting, customer visits, proposals, negotiations, and account planning. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, secure new customers, grow existing relationships, and achieve revenue, volume, margin, and market-share goals. Use CRM for opportunity management, forecasting, and activity tracking while partnering with internal teams to resolve customer service, quality, and delivery issues.

Sources suppliers, evaluates supplier performance, negotiates contracts and pricing, administers purchase orders for indirect materials and services, coordinates timely deliveries, resolves pricing and invoice issues, ensures purchasing compliance, conducts audits, manages supplier corrective actions, and reports purchasing KPIs.

Supports recurring external financial reporting, analyses, reconciliations, documentation, and internal control activities. Assists with evidence organization, process walkthroughs, data gathering, validation, trend analysis, research, and process improvement. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and other business partners while completing accurate and timely projects and participating in meetings and networking activities.
