Lead and promote EH&S improvements across the Ede plant, manage EHS data and reporting, support inspections and audits, deliver safety and quality training, monitor compliance and safety equipment, identify and escalate risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage small accounts, grow existing customer relationships, proactively acquire new small customers, prepare quotes and prices, handle inquiries and quality complaints, document activities in CRM, perform market research and lead qualification, support marketing initiatives and field sales with technical and commercial information.

Serve as the technical architect and SME for Workday integrations, designing scalable, secure integration solutions and leading delivery using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs and web services. Provide production support, root cause analysis, operational governance, and mentor technical teams. Translate business requirements into technical designs, manage lifecycle and testing, drive system optimization, documentation, audit compliance, and adoption of emerging HR technologies for a global, multi-national environment.
