Manage and grow a territory across Western Canada and the Western United States through account management, new business development, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, and strategic sales execution. Build customer relationships, pursue opportunities, achieve revenue and margin targets, resolve service issues, and collaborate with internal teams. The role is remote but requires residency near the territory and up to 50% travel, including local and overnight customer visits.

Designs, configures, deploys, tests, and supports Workday integrations with enterprise applications. Defines integration architecture, governance, and technical standards; translates business requirements into technical solutions; provides production support and root-cause analysis; and drives optimization, reporting, documentation, monitoring, and audit compliance across the global HR technology environment.

Leads medium-complexity manufacturing engineering projects, including equipment design, process improvements, automation, machine rebuilds, and manufacturing line installations. Develops technical specifications, layouts, schedules, budgets, and project documentation. Provides hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Collaborates with plant, maintenance, EH&S, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve productivity, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency. Extensive travel is required.
