Lead and review corporate and individual federal/state tax returns (including multi-state), perform tax research, supervise seniors and staff, manage multiple client engagements, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality client service and documentation. Requires CPA and strong communication, leadership, and computer skills.

Lead and review audit engagements, supervise staff accountants, assess internal controls and GAAP application, prepare financial statement footnotes and control recommendations, research accounting issues, and maintain client relationships. Perform other engagement duties and support continuous professional development within a team-oriented audit environment.

Prepare and review corporate (C/S), partnership, and individual tax returns; create depreciation schedules; research complex tax issues; prepare tax memos and projections; lead engagements; supervise and mentor staff; respond to tax notices; and support tax planning and compliance deliverables.
