Develops commercial sales for professional outdoor power equipment across Central Florida. Builds relationships with dealers, distributors, municipalities, educational facilities, hospitality organizations, and other end users; prospects new accounts, trains distributor and dealer personnel, supports product launches, manages demo equipment, leads trade shows, and collaborates with marketing, product management, and field sales teams.

Manages Greenworks’ Costco ecommerce business, including sales and profitability targets, product assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory forecasting, virtual kitting, analytics, and online execution. Partners with marketing, finance, engineering, supply chain, and customer service teams to improve customer experience and business performance. Develops category strategies, monitors marketplace trends, supports social media marketing, and collaborates directly with Costco online merchants and supply chain personnel.

Analyze Amazon business performance across ASINs and categories, reconciling sales, advertising, inventory, operations, and finance data. Investigate traffic, conversion, pricing, availability, promotions, profitability, and lost-sales risks. Produce recurring reports, business reviews, alerts, and actionable recommendations for account owners. Improve data quality and automate repeatable analysis using Excel, Power BI, and SQL where appropriate.
