Manage commercial customer orders from receipt through invoicing using SAP and Salesforce. Serve as primary contact for order status, resolve shipment and inventory issues, process RMAs and program claims, prepare order documentation and reports, collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer experience.

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing to boost productivity, yield, quality, safety, and reduce cost. Analyze workflows, perform time studies, run kaizens, support NPI and process validation, develop SOPs and training, and partner with cross-functional teams to sustain improvements and report KPI progress.

Lead North America product marketing for Greenworks, setting product strategy, messaging, pricing, packaging, channel and roadmap. Drive product launches, P&L, consumer research, merchandising, partnerships and cross-functional alignment to grow retail, e-commerce and commercial markets.
