Leads the hotel’s finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting systems, tax filings, internal controls, capital planning, audits, and regulatory compliance. Advises hotel leadership and ownership on financial decisions, monitors operating performance, protects company assets, and manages accounting systems and a team of 2–10 employees. The role also supports special projects and requires travel to other hotels and corporate meetings.
