Deliver practical and classroom bike training, assess rider competency, provide corrective coaching, and clear drivers for dispatch. Generate and convert leads for a lease-to-own driver program through inbound and outbound calls. Explain lease terms, screen prospective drivers against eligibility criteria, support document submission, follow up on incomplete applications, accurately record CRM activity, meet call and conversion targets, and report performance while maintaining professional call quality.

Executes motorcycle repossession, recovery, and field incident-response activities across Nairobi. The role involves locating assets, coordinating voluntary returns, engaging customers and external stakeholders, transporting recovered motorcycles, documenting asset condition, managing handovers, and submitting recovery and incident reports. The associate must operate lawfully and safely, respond to urgent incidents, maintain accurate records, meet recovery targets, and protect company assets while working flexible hours in the field.
