Assist in planning and running youth sports practices, games, and events. Supervise participants, maintain a safe environment, encourage sportsmanship, resolve behavior issues, build relationships with players and parents, and referee or step in when needed.

Supervise and engage elementary children before and/or after school, assist the Site Director and Group Supervisor with daily activities and curriculum, foster positive behavior and social-emotional development, ensure safety, attend mandatory trainings, and support overall program operations to create an inclusive, fun environment.

Supervise and lead before- and after-school activities for elementary students, ensure a safe structured environment, assist the Site Director with activities and administration, mentor staff, attend mandatory trainings, and step in as lead when the Site Director is absent.

Support planning and running activities for summer campers, supervise children on-site and during field trips, act as a role model, ensure camper safety and implement emergency procedures as needed.
