Teams at Greensboro Science Center

Supports Winter Wonderlights event operations by operating the POS register, assisting and informing guests, providing customer service, maintaining clean areas, and following directions. Requires outdoor work in all weather, extended standing, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and scheduled shifts.

Maintains outdoor landscapes and exhibited garden zones, including irrigation, planting, pruning, fertilization, pest and disease management, composting, invasive weed control, and browse garden development. Coordinates botanical work in animal exhibit areas with animal care staff, supports new botanical spaces, operates landscaping equipment and utility vehicles, and collaborates with horticulturists, grounds staff, and volunteers. The role requires weekday availability, outdoor work in varied weather, and adherence to safety protocols.
