Performs general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, variance analysis, and accounting support for multiple profit centers. The role maintains accurate financial statements, investigates discrepancies, advises operational teams, prepares management reports using ERP and Excel, recommends process improvements, and supports accounting projects. Occasional field inventory observations and less than 5% travel may be required.

Sells seed, crop protection products, crop nutrients, and related agricultural services to growers and dealers within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, identifies account needs, develops sales plans, supports product movement during peak season, manages credit and receivables, and provides agronomic business advice. The role requires substantial territory travel, technical agriculture knowledge, adherence to safety protocols, and occasional physical work in warehouse and outdoor environments.

Own accounting activities for multiple profit centers, including general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, purchase order and invoice reconciliation, month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis. The role partners with operational teams, provides accounting guidance, prepares management reports using ERP and Excel, recommends process improvements, supports special projects, and may participate in inventory observations. This is a hybrid corporate position requiring office attendance four days per week and less than 5% travel.
