Support clients enrolled in a Debt Management Program through high-volume phone interactions. Manage client accounts, proposals, payments, deposits, and creditor communications; identify and resolve account issues; maintain accurate, regulation-compliant records; and collaborate across departments. The role requires empathy, clear communication, basic financial calculations, CRM and Windows proficiency, and a professional approach to sensitive financial situations. Mandatory remote training and a structured Monday–Friday schedule are required.

Provide phone-based support to clients enrolled in a Debt Management Program. Responsibilities include managing accounts, proposals, payments, deposits, creditor communications, issue resolution, accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and client motivation in a high-volume call center environment.

The Business Analyst gathers and documents functional, technical, data, reporting, and analytics requirements. The role translates business needs into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and data documentation; supports Agile backlogs, solution delivery, user acceptance testing, releases, training, and change enablement. The analyst collaborates with Product, IT, developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions and improve data and business processes.
