Support the marketing team with creation and proofreading of digital/print/social materials, assist graphic design and content production, help plan and staff events, maintain marketing inventory and digital assets, and support Google Business Profiles and basic marketing reporting.

Process whole-goods sales transactions including settlements, invoicing, delivery receipts, and warranty registrations. Ensure correct application of programs/discounts, load retail notes and rentals into Deere systems, invoice customer accounts, reconcile general ledger accounts, assist with inventory audits, and act as dealership contact for John Deere Financial inquiries.

Perform accounting and data-entry tasks focused on John Deere billing and new equipment receipting. Coordinate JDSC activities, assign costs to new equipment, reconcile invoices weekly, research discrepancies, review sales workflow, and support daily JDSC entries across locations.
