Senior Product Designer partnering with US and Bangalore teams to create mobile product experiences. Responsibilities include developing UX flows, UI views, components, prototypes, and design-system contributions; collaborating with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Marketing; supporting accurate implementation; conducting cross-platform quality assurance; and improving design processes. The role requires strong Figma expertise, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, mobile design knowledge, a high-quality portfolio, and 5–7+ years of product design experience.

Own a named enterprise territory selling multi-year, seven-figure partnerships to major banks and credit unions. Build executive relationships, develop financial business cases, manage complex buying committees, navigate security, procurement, legal, and vendor reviews, negotiate agreements, forecast accurately, and support post-sale handoff. The role requires personally sourcing opportunities, consistently exceeding quota, and closing complex deals with heavily regulated financial institutions.

Own the strategy, roadmap, metrics, and reliability of Greenlight’s common platform products, including identity and access management, permissions, authentication, and notifications. Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data, and consumer product teams to define requirements, deliver platform capabilities, and support product teams across the organization. Drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with executive visibility.
