Supports the Legal and Compliance team through fintech regulatory research, policy and procedure management, compliance reporting, control testing, and marketing-material reviews. The intern will analyze legal and operational trends, document compliance issues, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams, and assist with legal and compliance projects.

Administer and support Greenlight’s business systems across finance, billing, procurement, CRM, and related functions. Configure workflows, automations, integrations, user access, and system changes; troubleshoot technical and functional issues; document processes; support month- and quarter-end activities; and contribute to ITGC, security, compliance, and system enhancement initiatives.

Administer and support Greenlight’s business systems across finance, billing, procurement, accounting, travel, sales, and marketing. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, maintain configurations, users, roles, integrations, and workflows, and support automation and process improvements. Contribute to month-end and quarter-end activities, IT General Controls, documentation, change management, and business systems security. Collaborate with global IT and business teams to implement enhancements and maintain systems such as NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, and Maxio.
