Lead on-site installations, customer deployments, field debugging, root cause analysis, and rapid solutions across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware systems. Establish deployment standards and continuous integration workflows to improve reliability and reduce engineering effort for future deployments. The role requires extensive customer-site travel and hands-on field engineering.
