Manages GreenLight Miami’s programmatic work, including community research, landscape analysis, portfolio organization selection, due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and program execution. Tracks portfolio performance, analyzes data, prepares reports and decision materials, maintains management systems, coordinates milestones, identifies network best practices, and leads events showcasing portfolio impact.

Supports the Chief of Staff and CEO by coordinating strategic initiatives, annual planning, cross-functional projects, leadership meetings, board and advisory council activities, and executive communications. Develops project plans, timelines, agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up systems; tracks priorities, decisions, risks, and dependencies; and improves Office of the CEO workflows. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, judgment, relationship-building, and attention to detail in a fast-growing nonprofit.

Manage program work including research, selection, community engagement, and portfolio management. Lead landscape analysis, due diligence, stakeholder engagement, data tracking, reporting, and event execution. Coordinate with portfolio organizations and the Executive Director to ensure milestones, inform strategy, and implement best practices across the site.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Boston site, managing scheduling, systems, finances, events, and donor/investor communications. Maintain databases, prepare meeting materials, track expenses, assist with development, communications, and implement operational improvements.
