Teams at Greenhill School

Leads the PreK–12 arts program, overseeing curriculum, faculty recruitment and supervision, budgeting, scheduling, facilities, events, and community engagement. Collaborates with school leaders, faculty, families, college counseling, and arts organizations to advance artistic excellence, inclusion, student creativity, and post-secondary opportunities. May teach up to two sections in an area of expertise. This is a full-time, 12-month role requiring some evening and weekend work.

Provides strategic leadership for Greenhill School’s academic program from Preschool through Upper School. Oversees curriculum coherence, instructional quality, academic operations, scheduling, policies, accreditation, faculty evaluation, and professional development. Supervises division heads and academic leaders, partners on hiring and retention, supports equity and inclusion, and serves as a senior liaison for academic concerns. The role requires collaboration, public communication, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across a multidivisional independent school.
