Supports broad HR operations, including employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, payroll support, performance management, safety investigations, compliance, and policy guidance. Maintains confidential personnel information and communicates HR programs to employees. Requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, strong organization, customer service, computer literacy, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Seasonal travel to Salinas, California, may be required.

Supervises human resources activities including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, leave administration, compensation, compliance, training, safety, performance management, and employee relations. Advises managers and employees, maintains HR policies and records, conducts investigations and training, supports regulatory compliance, and ensures consistent application of HR programs. Requires travel to Salinas, California, and Yuma, Arizona.

Supervises shipping, receiving, warehouse, forklift, utilities, and raw-product flow operations in a fresh-produce manufacturing environment. Coordinates staffing, loading and unloading, inventory accuracy, equipment inspections, cold-chain compliance, food safety, employee training, workplace safety, and required documentation. Partners with production, sales, maintenance, and human resources to meet customer, operational, regulatory, and performance goals.
