Leads and line-manages engineers across up to three development teams, ensuring strong performance, delivery, technical quality, and team development. The role involves coaching engineers, managing risks and dependencies, improving agile processes, assessing engineering decisions, promoting quality standards and documentation, addressing skill gaps, and contributing to departmental engineering strategy.

Develop the DACH market by prospecting, qualifying, nurturing, and closing corporate accounts. Build C-level relationships, identify client needs, create EV charging proposals, respond to tenders, negotiate contracts, and support onboarding. The role requires energy or software sales experience, strong DACH energy-sector relationships, consultative selling skills, financial acumen, and fluency in German and English. Travel to customers and Amsterdam offices is required as needed.
